1. Your Relationship with Andor

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Andor Communications Pvt. Ltd. (“Andor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of our mobile application, AI Leap – AI Photo, Art & Avatar Generator (the “App” or “Service”), and any related services owned and operated by Andor.

By accessing or using AI Leap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App

2. Privacy Policy

This Agreement is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data. You can view the Privacy Policy at:

3. Use of the Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AI Leap for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Distribute, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Circumvent or disable any security or authentication features
• Use the App for commercial gain without prior written approval
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access for violating these Terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including images and prompts. However, by using the App, you grant Andor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process, modify, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App.

All other content within the App (excluding your own uploads) is the intellectual property of Andor and may not be used without permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI Leap uses AI to generate images based on user input. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your input complies with applicable laws
• Not generating or distributing misleading, harmful, or impersonated content

Generated images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent from Andor.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

AI Leap offers free access to core features and optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store and Google Play Store in accordance with their policies.

7. Account and Eligibility

Some features may require login via email, Apple, or Google. You must be at least 13 years old (or older, depending on your country’s laws) to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Leap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, revenue, or content, arising from your use of the App.

11. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of AI Leap after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
